As soon as we get out the door today, we receive a letter from our Mom. She tells us that she misses us and that she hopes we're enjoying the farming life. We talk about all the different kinds of people in our lives who care about us and how it's important to celebrate them. JoMo shares a little bit about his own Mom, and how she isn't alive anymore. It can be complicated to understand what happens when someone's life is over and, despite our sad feelings, it's OK to be curious about it. We head out to the garden to plant some bush beans and end the day by counting all the fish we caught up around the mountain river.
